Refund Policy

Every custom song comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the song doesn't sound like the person it was written for, email us and we'll refund you. No questions asked, no form to fill in.

3. How long it takes

• We reply within one business day, usually much sooner.
• Approved refunds are issued through Stripe immediately.
• Funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Problems receiving your song

If a technical problem stops you from receiving or downloading your song, we will fix it or refund you regardless of how long it has been — the 30-day window does not apply to a delivery failure on our side.

Before requesting a refund for non-delivery, please check your spam and promotions folders. If it isn't there, email us and we'll resend it.

5. Rebuilds instead of refunds

If the song is close but something is wrong — a name misheard, the wrong style, a detail missed — tell us and we'll rebuild it at no cost. You can still request a refund afterwards if the rebuild doesn't land. Asking for a rebuild does not use up your 30 days.

6. Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund from us is faster than a chargeback, and we approve them without argument. If you have already opened a dispute, let us know so we don't process the refund twice.

7. Your statutory rights

This guarantee sits on top of any rights you have under consumer law in your country. Nothing here removes those rights. Consumers in the UK, EU, Canada, Australia and New Zealand keep every statutory protection that applies to them.
