These Terms govern your use of Tailored Song (the "Service"), operated by CCC Media LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them before you buy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Service, completing the questionnaire or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Is

Tailored Song produces an original, personalised song from the answers you provide in our questionnaire. The recipient's first name is sung in the lyrics and the detail you write is used in the song's second verse.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and to make a purchase. By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 or older.

4. Payments and Billing

• All products are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions, no memberships and no automatic recurring charges of any kind.
• The main product, a full custom song, is $29 USD.
• Optional add-ons are offered after checkout and are charged only if you choose them: custom lyric sheet $9, extended version with a second verse $19, acoustic version $19, lyric video $17.
• Nothing is added to your order automatically. Every add-on is presented with its price before you are charged.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Charges appear on your statement as TAILORED-SONG.COM.
• All prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the custom song and its add-ons. If you are not satisfied, email support@tailored-song.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you — no questions asked.

If a technical problem prevents you from receiving or downloading your song, we will fix it or refund you regardless of how long it has been. Full detail is on the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped. Your song is sent as a downloadable audio file to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within a few hours of purchase. If delivery will take longer than 24 hours we will contact you by email.

It is your responsibility to provide a working email address and to check spam or promotions folders. If your song has not arrived, contact us and we will resend it.

7. Your Content and the Answers You Submit

You keep ownership of the answers, names and details you submit. By submitting them, you grant us a limited licence to use them for the sole purpose of producing and delivering your song and providing customer support.

You confirm that:

• you have the right to submit the information you provide;
• you are not submitting another person's information for a harassing, abusive, defamatory or unlawful purpose;
• your submission does not infringe anyone else's rights.

We may decline or cancel and refund any order whose content is abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, or which appears intended to harass or impersonate another person.

8. Licence to the Finished Song

On payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use your song for personal, non-commercial purposes: playing it, gifting it, sharing it with friends and family, and posting it on your own personal social media accounts.

The licence does not include:

• reselling, sub-licensing or distributing the song commercially;
• uploading it to paid streaming or monetised distribution services as your own release;
• use in advertising or any other commercial project;
• claiming authorship of the underlying composition or production.

If you need broader rights, contact us before you buy and we will tell you whether we can offer them.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its site, copy, design and production process — is the property of CCC Media LLC and is protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• resell or redistribute songs produced by the Service;
• use the Service to harass, threaten, defame or impersonate anyone;
• attempt to bypass payment, interfere with the Service, or access it by automated means;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying production process.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any song will meet a particular subjective expectation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCC Media LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or emotional distress arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Modifications to the Service

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability. If we discontinue the Service while an order of yours is outstanding, we will either deliver it or refund you in full.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@tailored-song.com and give us 30 days to resolve the matter. Most issues are settled with a refund the same day.

Your local rights. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, nothing in these Terms removes the statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country, including any right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

15. Limitation on Claims Period

Any claim arising out of or relating to the Service must be brought within one year of the date the claim arose, except where a longer period is required by the law that applies to you.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date at the top will change and the revised version takes effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms. The Terms in force at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.
